It is felt by the Committee that the matter is

Association and Mr. Justice Williams (at present on U.K.
leave) in order to obtain some clarification of the
position which might be to the advantage, not only of
Mrs. Tinson's case, but others which might become similarly
affected.
As the subject is one of eneral interest I am
taking the liberty of sending a copy of this letter
together with enclosures listed, to Mr. Justice Willias
and the Secretary and Vice-Chairman of the China
Association.
